Shipping Policy

Week day orders placed before 14:30 are dispatched the same day with a delivery time of 1-3 days depending on the region.
Orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are dispatched on Mondays with a 1-3 day delivery time depending on the region.
An email confirmation will be sent once orders are dispatched, containing your waybill number for tracking purposes.
Please allow extra delivery time for outlying areas.

CAN I RETURN BODY JEWELRY?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on any body jewelry items. Due to strict health and safety regulations, we cannot accept any returns.
Please always double-check the size and material you require before ordering.
